
Hi, I’m Tanya! I’m a Social Worker (MSW, RSW) passionate about helping people heal from difficult experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and a little bit quirky, and I work to create a secure space where you feel understood and supported as you move toward meaningful change.
I work with adults and young adults who are navigating developmental and complex trauma, mental health challenges, or major life changes. My practice is inclusive to all, with a personal passion for working with first responders, members of the military community, neurodivergent individuals, and those grieving the loss of a pet. Using an integrated, client-centered approach, I help clients gain insight, process emotions, and build a stronger sense of connection with themselves and others.
I often draw on mindful movement practices such as yoga, Pilates, and walking to bring presence and connection into my process. I encourage you to explore whatever forms of movement or grounding feel natural to you. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can rediscover your strengths and feel more at home within yourself.
